发展西部山区通信的思考

Telecommunications Construction in the Western Mountainous Counties of Sichuan

通过对峨边、马边、沐川和金口河等四个比较典型的西部山区通信发展现状、不利条件的调查分析 ,进而指出了其面临的困难 。

Telecommunications construction in the four mountainous counties (Ebian, Mabian, Muchuan and Jingkouhe) of Sichuan meets with lots of difficulties. On the one hand, the localities find it difficult to raise fund needed, set up relevant facilities and then maintain them, and so on. On the other, the telecommunications enterprises have complaints about not sufficient market demand, high cost of construction, and so on. On the basis of the above analysis, a series of solutions to those problems are presented.
