摘要
绩效考评一直是企业关注的问题。为此结合通信企业的特点 ,就考评内容、考评工作执行者、考评的分类、绩效评估项目和权重比例、评估等级和控制比例 ,以及有效落实绩效考核等问题进行了探讨。
Performance evaluation has long been a concern for businesses. Taking telecommunications enterprises as an example, this paper explores what to evaluate, who to do the evaluation, classification of performance evaluation, performance evaluation items and their respective percentage, grades of evaluation, and how to effectively conduct performance evaluation.
