摘要
高校学生工作队伍作为高校思想政治工作的主体 ,担负着教育、管理、培养学生的重要使命。在新世纪 ,这支队伍的地位问题和作用也变得越来越重要。但目前学生工作队伍中还存在不少问题。需要通过什么途径和措施来解决和加强呢 ?
College students work personnel, in charge of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, share the important responsibilities of educating students. In the new century their work has become more and more important. This paper expounds how to train such personnel.
