摘要
在西方个人本位的社会文化土壤中产生的西方师道理念和师德规范也必然具有其独特色彩。通过剖析西方一些众所公认的教育家、思想家对这两方面的见解 。
Evolving in the Western individual-oriented culture, teachers' roles and morality in Western education are of distinctive features. This paper makes a study of the ideas of some established educators and thinkers in the West concerning these two aspects, with a view to inspiring us positively in our current quality education.
