摘要
水资源综合利用是实行西部大开发和生态环境综合治理及社会的可持续发展的重要内容。通过分析西部大开发与水资源的相互关系 ,探讨了西部水资源存在的主要问题 ,并根据西部生态建设的方案 。
Comprehensive utilization of water resource is vital to Western Region Development, the ecological environment and the sustainable development of communities there. After a brief discussion of the mutual relationship between Western Region Development and water resource conservation, this paper deals with the main problems facing western water resource conservation and then proposes corresponding strategies.
