Law Evolution in Zhui Marriage

与中国传统婚姻制度相反,赘婚是一种特殊的婚姻形式,并在古代社会受到法律的承认和保护。试图对赘婚的法律沿革作一考察,以期对这一制度有较全面的了解。

Contrary to the traditional marriage system in China,Zhui marriage(the husband living in his wife's home) is a special way of getting married and was recognized and protected by law even in the ancient society.This paper is aimed to take a review to the law evolution in,in order to have a better understanding of this system.
