摘要
领导是组织管理的主体,领导就是为使被领导者心甘情愿地、群策群力地为实现既定目标而努力所施加影响的活动过程,离开了正确的领导活动及其运动过程,组织目标就难以顺利实现。本文从领导的本质,领导的标准,领导用人的心理优化等三个方面进行了全面的心理分析,特别从人的需要和动机出发,概括指出了领导的自身修养及其在用人方法艺术上的优化。
Leader is the subject of organization and management, and the process of leadership is to impose on the led to make them willingly and corporately do their best to achieve the desired goal. Without right activity and motion process of leadership, the organization goal cannot be attained successfully. In this article, a complete psychoanalysis is presented from the essence of leadership, the criteria of leadership and the psychological optimization of the leader's making use of personnel; especially from the need and motivation of man, the importance of leader's self-discipline and the optimization of practice and art in personnel management have been pointed out.
