行政许可法的若干法律问题研究

A Study on Some Legal Issues in the Administrative License Law

《中华人民共和国行政许可法》的颁布,推进了政府职能的转变和行政审批制度的进一步深化。但从一年多的实施过程来看,还存在不少需要完善和规范的地方。为此,对行政许可法实施过程中存在的问题进行了初步探讨,并提出了解决这些问题的一些对策。

The promulgation of 'The Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China' advances the transformation of governmental functions and deepening of administrative approval system. However, in more than one year's implementation process, it still has many things that need perfecting and standardizing. Therefore, the author discusses on the issues that exist in the implementation process of administrative license law and proposes some countermeasures to deal with them.
