Action of Chinese Communist Party for Consolidating Its Legal Position of Ruling

在现代民主国家,任何执政党要巩固执政地位,实现政党目标,都必须把合法性作为政治运作的基础。中国共产党也不例外。中国共产党要巩固其执政合法地位必须把“发展作为执政兴国的第一要务”,努力实现好、发展好和维护好人民群众的根本利益;必须牢记党的宗旨,坚持群众路线,切实增强为人民谋利益的自觉性、主动性和坚定性;必须加强和改进党的作风建设,树立正确的权力观,真正代表人民掌好权、用好权。

In the modern democratic countries,any ruling party must take legitimacy as the foundation of political operation to consolidate its ruling position and realize the aim of party,not expecting the Communist Party of China.In order to consolidate its legal position of ruling,Chinese Communist Party must 'take the development as the first task of political operation' and try to realize,develop and protect the basic interests of the masses;must print Party's purpose in the mind,persist in the mass line,and enhance the consciousness,initiative and determinacy for people's interests;must enhance and improve the style construction of our Party and establish correct attitude on powers,being the real representative of people to manage and use powers.
