摘要
通过介绍国内外关注的安全社区建设的理论与发展现状,研究了对中国正兴起的安全社区建设与规划有借鉴的理念与方法。
This paper will give an introduction about the theory and development conditions of building the safe community concerned by both China and foreign countries.Meanwhile,the idea and the method for building and designing the safe community that has grown up in the China will be studied.
