摘要
本文作者在系统分析我国国有企业当前面临的内外人才环境后 ,提出了优化我国国有企业人才环境的几点应对策略 。
Based on the systematic analysis of the current internal and external talent environments in our state-owned enterprises, this paper tries to offer some contingency strategies to deal with talent problems the enterprises are facing, and the authors expect this paper will be helpful to the leaders of the state-owned enterprises.
