本文就学分制下的高校学生思想政治工作作了一些思考 ,提出了高校学生思想政治工作应“以人为本” ,教师应成为学生思想政治工作的主体 ,既教书 ,又育人 ,以培养学生良好的心理素质和社会适应能力 。

The writer has pondered seriously ideological cultivation of college students under the credit system. She puts forward the idea that colleges and universities should be student-centered; and teachers should not only impart book knowledge but also educate students. Thus, students can develop sound mentalities, integral qualities and sufficient abilities to adapt to the society.
