On the Problems of Rural Resource Collocation and the Policies to Agricultural Industry in Gansu

文章根据资源禀赋在资源配置中的重要作用,从甘肃省农村资源禀赋的具体情况出发,探讨了甘肃省农村资源配置中存在的具体问题以及甘肃农业产业化发展的障碍性因素;并据此提出了甘肃农业产业化发展的具体思路,以及提出了如何使甘肃省有限的资源按照其具体的禀赋特征进行有效地配置,从而提高经济效益、发展农业生产力的建议。

The author discusses the problems of rural resource collocation and obstacles to rural industrial development in Gansu province, on the basis of important endowment of the resource collocation. The author also offers some proposals to develop rural industry and to make the most of the limited resources in Gansu so as to raise the economic profit and improve production ability.
