摘要
中国入世后 ,金融业面临更为激烈的竞争形势 ,竞争的核心问题是人才问题。国有商业银行既要考虑如何留住人才 ,还要注意提高人才队伍素质和加强。
Financial circles face sharper competition after China joined WTO. The key is human resources. What a state-owned commercial bank considers is not only how to keep enough human resources,but also pay attention to enhancing the quality of workers and strengthen the management of human resources.
