Several Views on the Party's Building Work

本文分析了新形势下党的发展和建设中存在的问题 ,对党的十六大通过的新党章中的一些问题进行探讨。如关于把“三个代表”写进新党章的认识 ,关于“两个先锋队”提法的认识 ,关于吸收新的社会阶层先进分子入党问题 ,关于非公有制企业的党建问题等。并结合党史进行了比较 ,联系实际情况谈了作者对此的认识。在新的历史条件下 ,党只有保持与时俱进的状态 ,才能带领全民族在新时代中开拓进取 ,不断前进。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the Party development and building in the new situation and probes into some matters in the new Party's Constitution approved in the 16th Party Congress. Comparing the Constitution with the history of the Party and linking the real situation, the author puts forward several views which hold that only by keeping up with the times can the Party lead the whole nation make great progress in the new era.
