循环经济是按生态经济原理和知识经济规律组织起来的一种生态经济。德国、日本、美国等国家把发展循环型经济、建立循环型社会看作是深化可持续发展战略的重要途径。在当代国际环境保护立法中 ,循环经济理念成为新的潮流 ,而我国环境保护立法尚停留在治理污染的传统观念。本文阐述了循环经济对环境保护立法的启示。

Since sustainable development was set up into a global strategy in the 1990s,it has been recognized that to change the traditional linear and throwaway economy into a closed substance economy would be necessary and helpful towards a sustainable society.This paper introduces the effect of circular economy in environmental law.
