摘要
6σ是一种过程、一种理念、一套工具、一个基准、一个目标。由于6σ管理在摩托罗拉公司取得了成效,从而引起一场的管理浪潮,并使其成为企业竞争过程优化的重要工具。论文针对这一热点论述了6σ的定义、特征,分析了的实施过程及其存在的局限性缺陷。为进一步研究6σ及其应用提供了参考。
6σ is a process, a philosophy, a set of tool, a benchmark and a goal. Due to the effects of 6σ management in Motorola Corporation, the tide of 6σ management has arisen and become an important tool of the optimization in the process of the enterprises' competition. Aiming at this burning question, this paper deals with 6σ definition and features, analyzes its implementation process and existing defects of limitation, and provides some references for the furth research on 6σ and its application.
