区域可持续发展评价理论与方法研究

Study of assessment theory and method of regional sustainable development

通过对区域复合系统全面、细致的系统分析,提出了三维区域可持续发展概念模型。并以此为基础,运用一种新的主客观判断相结合的指标筛选方法来确定指标体系。运用了层次分析法确定指标的权重,并给出了区域可持续发展评价的程序。

Based on all\|round and detailed analyses of the regional composite system, this paper puts forward a 3\|D regional sustainable development conceptual model. And it also applies a new subjective\|and\|objective\| combined method to select the indicators. With the application of the AHP(Analysis of Hierarchy Process) to determine the weight of indicators, this paper gives a procedure of the regional sustainable development assessment.
