企业组织中跨部门冲突理论研究 被引量:9

摘要 跨部门冲突是指正式组织中某部门阻碍到其他部门需求之满足及目标达成,而引起的认知上、情感上及行为上的反应。跨部门冲突理论作为比较前沿的一种组织理论,目前在国内极少有系统的研究,跨部门冲突问题在企业组织中普遍存在,但往往为管理者所忽视。作为管理者该如何解决冲突问题,让企业得到长足发展,文章结合我国加入WTO出现的新问题及我国企业实际情况,就用实证研究的方法进行了定量和定性分析,形成系统的理论体系,以指导企业管理实践。 Inter\|group conflict means that some department in normal organization blocks another department to pursue its goal and leads to many reactions of sentience, feeling and behaviour. As a more advanced behaviour theory, it hasn't been researched systematically in China. But inter\|group conflict exists everywhere in the enterprises, which most supervisors often ignore. They not noly take no positive measures, but also adopt unsuitable punishment policy. The result is just contrary to what one wishes. As a supervisor, how can he solve the conflict problems to push the enterprises' development? Based on the existing problems after China's entry into WTO and the actual conditions of China's enterprises, this paper has conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses about this question by means of the research method of positivism so as to develop the theoretic system to guide the practice of the enterprises' management.
