高校党建工作现代化的思考

Reflections on colleges' & universities' C.P.C. building modernization

"三个代表"重要思想作为党必须长期坚持的指导思想,是加强和改进党的建设、全面建设小康社会,加快推进现代化的强大思想武器。按照"三个代表"重要思想的要求,推进高校党建工作现代化,既是一项紧迫的现实任务,也是一项长期的历史任务。首先必须坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,推进高校党建观念现代化;其次要加强思想建设和作风建设,推进高校党建主体素质现代化;同时还要加强组织建设和制度建设,推进高校党建工作运行机制现代化。

The important thought 'Three Represents', as a guiding thinking implemented by the Communist Party of China(C.P.C.) in long-term, is a powerful ideological weapon which can strengthen and improve the Party's building, build a well-off society in an all-round way and speed up the construction of modernizations. According to the requirements of the important thought 'Three Represents', it is either an urgent realistic task or a long-term historical task to push the colleges' & universities' Party building's modernization. First of all, we should persist in emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times so as to push the colleges' & universities' Party building concept's modernization. Then we should strengthen our ideological and working style construction so as to push the colleges' & universities' Party building's main quality modernization. Meanwhile, we also need to strengthen the organization and the system construction to push the modernization of the colleges' & universities' Party building's operational mechanism.
