摘要
愈来愈多的企业把知识管理(KM)作为企业发展的重要策略。但在企业知识管理的实施过程中,大量障碍因素使知识管理难以顺利推进,无法达到预期的效果,甚至给企业的经营管理带来负面问题。文章总结分析了知识管理实施中的障碍因素,并根据企业管理实际,提出了一些切实可行的解决对策,以对企业推动知识管理的顺利实施提供借鉴。
More and more enterprises regard knowledge management (KM) as an important developing strategy. However, plenty of obstacles make KM difficult to implement and the prospective results of KM can't be achieved, even some bad influences are brought to enterprises. This article summarizes and analyzes the obstacles in the execution of KM, and on the basis of the actual situation of the enterprises' management, provides some feasible solution countermeaures, which can be used as valuable references for pushing the smooth KM implementation in enterprises.
