Optimization of concrete bridge deck maintenance using compromise programming

摘要 为制定合理的混凝土桥面板维修策略 ,提出一种基于折衷规划的多目标优化方法。建立多目标优化模型 ,使其在资金、人力、设备等资源的约束下 ,同时满足维修费用最小化以及性能最大化等多个相互冲突的目标 ,并且考虑了桥梁面板性能随时间衰减的非连续性 ,以及不同目标函数之间的相对重要性。从实例结果可以看出 ,该方法避免了单目标优化无法考虑其他影响因素的缺点。 This paper presents a multi-objective optimization approach based on compromise programming to optimize concrete bridge deck maintenance policies. The multi-objective optimization models were formulated to satisfy the conflicting objectives of minimum cost and maximum safety with restrictions of budget, workforce, and equipment. The models considered non-continuous features of concrete bridge deck deterioration with time and the relative importance of different objective functions. Example results show that the approach overcomes the shortcomings of single-objective optimization methods which can not simultaneoaly consider conflicting objectives.
