转型时期中国农村社会养老保险模式研究

Research on social endowment insurance modes in Chinese rural areas during transforming period

分析了转型时期中国农村养老保险模式选择的理论依据;在此基础上提出了"家庭养老保障是基础,农村社区养老保险是过渡,城乡统一的社会养老保险是方向"的转型时期中国农村社会养老保险模式;最后论述了农村社区养老保险向城乡统一的社会养老保险演化的动力机制。

This paper analyses the theoretical basis for the choices of the social endowment insurance modes in Chinese rural areas during the transforming period. On the basis of the analyses, the author puts forward the following social endowment insurance modes in the Chinese rural areas during the transforming period: the family security for the aged is the foundation; the rural community endowment insurance is a transitional way; and the city-country united social endowment insurance is the orientation. Finally this paper expounds the dynamic mechanism of the evolution from the rural community endowment insurance to city-country united social endowment insurance
