There is a close relation between the techno-knowledge management and the core competence of high-tech enterprises. The authors design a two-dimension model to anatomize and analyze the relation in the paper and sum up various kinds of the techno-knowledge management content and their promoting function for the synthetic market-competence of the enterprises, so as to open out the mechanism of the techno-knowledge management function on high-tech enterprise core competence.
