摘要
在对西方的领导行为复杂性理论(ExecutiveLeadershipBehavioralComplexityTheory)研究的基础上,提出了中国CEO的行为复杂性;在对中国文化因素的分析与经济转型期中国商业环境的分析的基础上;提出了中国CEO的七种工作角色,其中有三种是中国CEO区别于西方CEO而独有的。
Based on the research for the western literatures about behavioral complexity theory of executive leadership, the authors point out the behavioral complexity of CEOs in the Chinese context. On the basis of the intensive analyses of the Chinese cultural factors and the establishment of new business relationship in the present economic transition period, the authors put forward seven kinds of roles of Chinese CEOs, including three unique ones distinguished from western CEOs.
