摘要
如何培养创新型人才是当前世界高等教育研究的热点问题,其核心和关键是组织模式创新。文章在理论与实践相结合的基础上提出了一种基于孵化器概念的学习型组织理论,并以"挑战之星工作室"为例,阐述了这种新的组织形式与创新教育途径、方法所共同构成的"纵横系统人才培养模式"及其理论和实践意义。
How to train innovative talents is the current hot issue of the university education research all over the world, the key of which is the innovation of the mode of the organization. Combining theory with practice, this paper puts forward a theory called 'Learning-Type Organization Theory Based on the Hatcher Concept'. Citing 'the Challenging Star Studio' as an example, the paper illustrates the cross-system talents training mode, which incorporates the new type of organization and the creative teaching methods. The paper also illustrates the theory and its practical significance.
