摘要
近年来,信息哲学已经成为信息学界和哲学界广泛关注的一个新的研究领域。信息哲学起源于具体科学的理论性和实用性研究,并随着信息本质的不断揭示而走向现实。信息哲学由认识维、方法维和存在维三维架构而成。它是西方科学哲学历史发展的必然结果,具有信息学和哲学的双重内涵,同时正在成为科学技术哲学的新“范式”。
Recently the philosophy of information has become a new research field in informatics and philosophy circles.It originated from the theoretical and applied research and is proceeding to reality with the exploring of information nature.The philosophy of information is constituted by three dimensions—knowledge,method and existence.It is the result of the development of western philosophy of science,and it has two connotations of informatics and philosophy.The philosophy of information is becoming a new mode of the philosophy of science and technology.
