摘要
创新价值链作为创新与价值链概念的有机统一,强调价值链环节上所有单元的分工协作与系统优化,从而实现价值链增值及创新的整体效益。相对于一般的价值链运作来说,创新价值链具有知识创新的外部性,高风险性和信息的不对称性等特点,最后文章从政府定位、完善产业政策、资源整合及加强知识产权管理等方面提出了促进创新价值链有效运作的相关措施与政策建议。
The innovative value chain is the organic unity of the concept of innovation and the value chain.It emphasizes that all units of the value chain coordinate to increase in value and optimize the system so as to realize the whole innovative benefits.The innovative value chain has some characters,such as exteriority of knowledge innovation,high risks and dissymmetry of information,etc..Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions of the related measures and policies for the innovative value chain to operate effectively.
