摘要
根椐当前高等教育快速发展的形势 ,结合高等教育规律和人才成长规律 ,就如何构建高校教育教学质量保障体系做了全面分析、阐明。人才培养目标的确定 ,人才培养方案的制定与实施 ,评价体系的建立是建立人才培养质量保障体系的三个重要环节 ,三个重要环节共同形成了人才培养过程中的目标、决策与实施、监督与反馈的闭环管理 。
According to the present rapidly growing situation of higher education and combining higher educational law and qualified personnel growing up law,this paper analyes and states how to form a guarantee system for personnel training objective,making and carrying out personnel training plan and building the system of evaluation are three important links in establishing system.These three jointly become the personnel training process of aim,decision and carrying out, and supervision and feedback.At the same time,this paper also further suggests how to establish the three links.
