高等教育的市场化趋势和科学的技术飞速发展导致了人才需求和教育理念的变化,传统专业课教学体系结构已难以适应当前市场经济体制对人才培养的要求。在分析了高等教育市场化趋势对专业课教学要求的基础上,从专业课教学内容组织、专业课教师角色定位和教学管理体制改革等方面进行了研究探讨,论述了专业课教学个性化、特色化的教学思路和宏观调控、适度灵活的教学管理等内容。

The trend of the marketization of higher education and the highly development of science and technology result in the changes in talent demands and educational ideas. So the traditional specialized teaching sytem and structure can hardly meet the needs of the talent training. On the basis of analyzing the demand of specialized course teaching that the higher education marketization brings, this paper makes a research and discussion in the aspects of organization,the position of specialized course teaching,the position of specialized course teacher and reform of the teaching management system. The paper also discusses the individualization train of thought in specialized course teaching management and so on.
