Research on how to train professionals in light source and lighting

通过对国内外光源与照明行业发展现状的分析研究,结合该专业国内人才培养教育资源分布及该专业人才的需求状况。从如何有利于专业人才培养的角度出发,针对目前专业教育、教学中存在的实际问题,提出了一些改进建议。

Combining with the distribution of the educational resources and the need of the professionals, the paper studies the state of electric light source and lighting in domestic and foreign countries. From the angle of benefiting the training of professionals, and in the view of the present field education and the real problems in teaching, it puts forward some suggestions, which will help train professionals.
