汉英定语比较研究

Comparing the attributives in English and Chinese

从作定语的成分,定语和中心语的语义关系以及定语和中心语形式上的联系三个方面对荚语中的定语和汉语中的定语作了一个简要的比较,在英汉互译时,要特别注意英汉中句子成分的变化。

This paper gives a comparison on the attributives between English and Chinese from three respects,i, e. the composition as the attributive, the semantic relation between the attributive and the central word, the formal relation between the attributive and the central word. It points out that we should especially pay attention to the changeability of the sentence elements between English and Chinese during the translation between English and Chinese.
