近侧指间关节角度与侧副韧带断裂部位相关性的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨在外力作用下近侧指间关节的角度与其侧副韧带断裂部位的相关性。方法 用鸡的第三趾PIP关节 (n =4 5 ) ,随机分成 3组 ,每组各 15个 ,第一组PIP关节过伸 30度 ,第二组PIP关节 0度 ,第三组PIP关节屈曲 4 5度 ,分别从关节侧方施加应力。结果 侧副韧带断裂部位 ,第一组近端 15个 ,远端 0个 ;第二组近端 10个 ,远端 4个 ,中央部 1个 ;第三组近端 6个 ,远端 9个。结论 随着PIP关节屈曲 ,侧副韧带断裂部位多见于远侧 ;随着PIP关节伸展 。 Objective To determine the relation between the breaking site of the colla teral ligaments and angle of proximal i nterphalangeal(PIP)joint.Methods 4 5 middle f ingers of chicken were randomly divided into 3 groups.Fifteen PIP joints were st ressed laterally at 30° hyperextension,1 5 were at 0° and last 15 were at 45° fle xion.Results At 30° hyperextensi on,total 15 were breaked at the proximal attach ment,distal breaking is absent;at 0°,10 w ere breaked at the proximal attachment,4 at the distal,l at the middle;at 45° fl exion,6 were breaked at the proximal at tachment,9 at the distal.Conclusion With the increase in angle of flexion of the PIP joint,distal attachment of the coll ateral ligament becomes more prone to br eak and with the decrease in angle of flexion,that is towards extension and hy perextension,the proximal attachment becomes more prone to break.As a resul t,the breaking site of the collateral ligaments was closely related to angle o f proximal interphalangeal.
