优秀青年人才成长规律初探

FIRST LOOKS INTO THE LAW OF DEVELOPING OF YOUNG TALENTS

通过对我校青年人才的问卷调查,旨在分析、寻求出他们成长的规律,初步结论:主要靠的是本人自强不息的精神。为有利于青年人才的成长,应进一步建立更为有效的、具有创新意义的管理体制和运行机制,营造符合青年人才成长规律的氛围和环境,促进高职高专院校青年人才的快速成长。

According to the questionnaire to young talents in our college, which aims at analyzing and finding out rule of outstanding youngsters' development, the key of which is always striving to become stronger. In order to help the development of them, effective and creative system of management, operation, environment and atmosphere that fits in with them should be provided. Thus the outstanding youngsters will grow more mature.
