摘要
气体辅助注塑成型工艺包含塑料熔体注射和气体注射两部分,由气体推致力塑料熔体充满模具型腔。本文介绍了气体辅助注射成型技术的产生背景,分析了气体辅助成型加工工艺、优异特点,介绍了气体辅助成型的关键技术及其应用范围。
Gas assisted plastics injection molding process includes injection of polymer melt into mold cavity and then injection of gas-compressed into the polymer melt. This paper introduces the background of gas assisted injection molding, analyzing the processing technology of gas-assisted injection molding, excellent feature, key technique of gas-assisted injection molding and its use scope.
