摘要
通过对输变电铁塔用高强度低合金铌钒钢板在拉伸试验后出现分层开裂的现象,采用SEM、EDAX进行微观分析。发现材料出现失效的原因是由于材料中含有大量的夹杂物的存在,这些夹杂物主要是含有钙、氧、硫、锰等元素。上述缺陷的钢板应用到实际工程中,会影响铁塔的寿命。
The lamellar cracking was found at the specimen after the mechanical properties testing, then fracture surface of specimen was analysed by SEM & EDAX in this paper. The failure of High-Strength Low-Alloy Nobium-Vanadium Steel Plates was caused by a large amount of inclusions inside. It was found that Ca, Mn, S, O and other elements were mainly contained in these inclusions. The HSLA Nb-V steel plates with these defects will damage the transmission towers.
