摘要
通过2003年世界500强与中国500强的对比得出了国内企业差距的深层原因在于缺乏竞争力;在总体上对核心竞争力的概念、特征进行了描述;结合十六大报告的有关内容给出了我国企业培育核心竞争力的几种有益的途径。
This paper firstly concludes that the basic reason why the gap between China's corporations and foreign ones so largely lies in the lack of core competence by contrasting world 500 ahead corporations with China 500 ahead corporations. Secondly , it introduces the conceptions and characteristics of core competence generally. Finally, it reaches some practical ways to evaluate the core competence of China corporations in answer to the requirement made in the report of the 16th central committee of China's Communist Party.
