摘要
材料为316L奥氏体不锈钢的粗苯酚管道的焊缝附近区域在工作中因受到严重的腐蚀而失效。通过 着色检验、弯曲实验以及显微分析确定了该腐蚀的类型为晶间腐蚀,产生腐蚀的原因是焊接使焊缝附近的金属受 热发生敏化现象以及材料本身存在的质量问题所致。同时还提出了相应的防护措施。
316L austenitic stainless steel pipe fails to couvey crude phenol because of the serious corrosion in the area around the welding seam. Through the penetrate methods, bending test and observing microstructure, the type of corrosion has been determined as intergranular corrosion. That the metal near the welding became sensitized because of the heat in the welding process and the bad quality of the material are considered as the reasons why the pipe got corroded. The paper also suggests the methods that can be used to protect against the corrosion.
