摘要
通过学习、贯彻党的十六大报告中“依法治国和以德治国相辅相成”的重要思想,结合《公民道德建 设实施纲要》,联系学校思想政治工作的具体实践,努力寻找突破口,积极探索“依法治校”与“以德治校”相结合 的学校运行管理机制。
With the help of learning and implementing the ideas of governing the country by means of both law and morality proposed in the 16th Party Congress, and propagating 'the executive outline of the moral constriction for citizens', the author actively explores a management system of combining'managing school by law and morality' with ideological work.
