论"上海电机学院"的办学特色

ON FEATURES OF RUNNING SHANGHAI DIANJI UNIVERSITY

上海电机学院是一所新近从专科学校升格为本科的普通高校,面对激烈的竞争环境,学院如何发展是当前面临的一个主要问题。文章分析了学院现有的办学条件,总结了国内外举办技术教育的经验教训,从培训目标、课程、师资队伍、技术教育学制等几个方面进行论述,提出探索技术本科教育,努力办出特色,是学院求生存的唯一生路。

Fronting a closely fought competitive circumstances, Shanghai DianJi Univresity, newly upgraded from a college for professional training to an institute for undergraduate course, is faced with a serious issue: how to develop in the future. This paper analyzes the current conditions of running our school, summing up the experiences and lessons of technical education at home and abroad, discussing the training target, curriculum, teachers and technical education system, and giving suggestion that the only way for Shanghai Dian Ji University to exist be to study technical education for undergraduate and create features.
