摘要
针对核心员工责任重、易跳槽等特点,分析国内当前的激励现状,提出了一些适合他们的激励方式,包括宽带薪酬制度、多样化的福利和奖励、赋予核心员工适当的权责及在职训练、内部轮调等,并对其效果作了分析。
