摘要
高校向实施完全学分制迈进是高等教育领域里的一次深刻、广泛的改革。学分制使学校变成了一个教育市场,教师是提供教育产品的主体,学生是选择和消费教育产品的主体,教师和学生的关系开始接受市场的价值规律、供求规律和竞争规律的支配。学分制的基本精神和运行机制中蕴涵着教师的主体性地位,学分制的各项制度的建设和实施是发挥教师主体性的有效机制。
The complete implementation of the credit system is a significant reform of higher education, which turns colleges into an educational market where teachers are the main body to provide educational products for students to choose and consume. Thus, the relationship between teachers and students now is controlled by the rules of market values, supply and demand, and competition .The gist of the credit system and its operation proceeding implicates teachers' subjectifying position. The construction and implementation of the credit system as well as its regulations can effectively give full play to teachers as a main body.
