摘要
对实际生产中一些冶金重载齿轮齿面发生严重塑性变形进行研究后,认为必然存在最适合齿轮接触强度和弯曲强度的自然齿形,并分析了自然齿形的形成原理以及自然齿廓的构造。将铣刀盘的刀刃曲线做成自然齿廓的形状,用其加工的大小齿轮可实现零曲率差的啮合。
From the research into the plastic deformation of the high power transmission gears in practical usage, this paper suggests a new kind of profile with the best capacity both in contacting and bending strength and analyzes the forming principle of this tooth.
