摘要
在界定民营科技企业涵义的基础上,考察了我国民营科技企业的发展历程和立法现状,指出我国民营 科技企业法治环境存在的问题,同时提出了完善我国民营科技企业法治环境建设的立法建议。
On the basis of defining its meaning, the author investigates the current development process and legislative condition and existing problems of the Sci & Tech enterprises run by private citizens, and meanwhile proposes the plan to solve the problems, especially some suggestions to perfect the legal system in this area.
