Scientific Development and the Regime Innovation of Science Community

从科学共同体的体制创新与科学发展的互动关系出发,分析了共同体的体制构成及其体制创新的一般过程。社会发展到今天,科学的发展已不仅表现为科学知识的积累和规模的扩张,同时也表现为科研资源的配置与组合的合理程度,这取决于科学共同体的体制是否符合科学发展的需要及其自身的完善性。

This paper, starting from the interdynamic relations between regime innovation and scientific development of science community, analyzes the regime structure of science community and the general process of the regime innovation. Up to now, the development of science is not only embodied in the accumulation and the expansion of scale of scientific knowledge but also in the reasonal allocation and alignment of scientific resources. This depends on the perfectness of the regime of science community and whether the regime is consistent to the demand of scientific development.
