针对中国工业化和信息化发展问题进行了研究,认为信息化与工业化是辨证统一的关系,工业化的发展直接导致信息化,信息化的发展又以工业化为基础和手段。同时提出中国特色的新型工业化道路的战略与对策是:选择跨越式发展战略,处理好传统产业与信息产业的关系,在工业化中实现工业信息化,在信息化中实现信息工业化,使市场化与知识化协调发展。

This paper studies the development of Chinese industrialization and informationalization. Informationalization and industrialization is a dialectic relationship. The development of industrialization directly results in informationalization and the development of informationalization is on the basis of industrialization. The paper also proposes that China's strategy and contermeasure is to select the spanning development strategy, deal well with the relationship between the traditional and informational industries, realize the industrial informationalization in industrialization and realize the informational industrialization in informationalization, and make the marketing and knowledging into harmonious development.
