摘要
目的:评价赖氨匹林片的解热作用。方法:采用伤寒-副伤寒甲、乙三联菌苗及2,4-二硝基酚致家兔发热模型。结果:赖氨匹林片300mg、150mg·kg-1能明显降低三联菌苗和2,4-二硝基酚所致发热家兔的体温升高。结论:赖氨匹林片具有明显的解热作用。
to study the antipyretic effect of Lysine-aspirin. Method: we established animal fever models with typhoid-paratyphoid A、B vaccine and with 2,4-dinitrophenol. Results: there was an obvious effect on inhibiting fever of Lysine-aspirin when administrated to rabbits by 300、 150mg· kg-1. Conclusion: Lysine-aspirin has an obvious antipyretic effect.
