目的:为方便而准确的测定生物体系中的脂质过氧化程度。方法:采用改进碘量法对纯品LDL、培养细胞的上清液、人血浆的脂质氧化水平测定,并经过四种质量控制指标测定。结果:改进碘量法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确等特点,易在一般实验室推广,是对生物体系中脂质氧化水平测定在方法学上的一项重要补充。

In order to measurement LPO easily and exactly inAverage laboratories. Method: we adopt The modified iodometric method to assayment in LPO. we have measrement LPO of purified LDL, endothelium-condition medium and human plasma, and four quality control indexes, including standard curve, accuracy, precision and stability were investigated. Results: The resits indicated that this method has good accuracy, sensitivity, precision, stability, and be easily practice by average laboratory. It should be an important spplement to the methodology of LPO measurement.
