《Resesrch and Manufacture for the Second Cooling Frame of the Shaped Continuous Casting Machine 》is one of the subjects of National ninth 5 - year major science &. technology study, in which the second cooling frame is the most important assembly. It has advanced technic, unique structure and complex profile, these increase the manufacturing difficulty. Through this paper, we succesfully master the key manufacturing technology and lay a solid technique foundation for the nationalization of shaped continuous casting machine.
