摘要
针对单辊破碎机齿辊部故障停转造成的高温烧结矿堆积事故,进行了跟踪调查分析,找出了导致齿辊部停转的主要原因。通过增加小齿轮齿数的途径调整齿顶间隙以增加小齿轮啮合重迭比例的方案,解决了困扰烧结矿破碎的生产难题。
This paper researches and analyzes the high -temperature sinterted mine accumulation incident caused by gear- roller broken down of single -roller crusher, finds out the main reason, and solves the sintered mine broken problem by adding the tooth of small gear to adjusting top gap of gear and therefore increasing contacting proportion.
